Welcome to the Golf Art collection, a showcase of some of my favorite pieces ive made, as well as some of my favorite and most unique supplies i have come across. Each piece i make is a 1 of 1 piece, as no 2 golf balls are 100% alike, and no cut is 100% perfect. This design is still in the works, however what i really love about it is the variation of multi-core colors in the golf balls. Its not that common to find this style of multi-core in golf balls- in fact, i only have found one maker who consistently uses it and only on one type of golf ball. So to find so many variations of colors and styles is really exciting!

The pink one with a yellow core has my heart though, as they are beautiful colors together and it is uncommon to pink that shade of pink :).

This is my largest piece to date, coming in around 3ftx2ft. I must have redesigned the layout here about 15 times before i found a layout that i really enjoyed.

What i might love the most about this piece though, is that the frame was recycled from a different piece of art that i found at the thrift store. I reworked, sanded and texturized the piece to be what it is now.

Not much to say here other than the color gradient is oh so satisfying! Sometimes, simplicity wins the trophy.

This was a really fun piece to make, as it is a true piece of mixed media art. The colorful background was made from a piece of art that i had thrown together the day before, when i was messing around with some acrylic paints that i had. I really wanted to make a color saturated piece that incorporated different textures.

Trying to find golf balls that naturally had the colors of the painting in them was a great challenge as well (though i do admit that i spruced up the color of yellow just a smidge with some acrylic markers).

The first of its kind, and my first time trying a textured element in my work. The weeks preceding this piece i was thinking about how oddly satisfying it was to pull a golf ball out of the mud during the wet and rainy season at my local golf course. How it is annoying, yet satisfying to see how the mud dry's in the little divots of the ball.

I wanted to test out making a texture that was close to the actual experience as i could, and ended up making 3 of these 1x1 pieces.

Ive only made a couple of these style pieces so far, but i enjoyed creating the dual tone effect on each side of the ball.

These style piece are very interesting to see in the daylight. As the light in the room shifts throughout the day, shadows are cast by different golf balls, creating a very dynamic piece!
